All services are subject to agreed-upon terms outlined in project proposals or contracts. Payment schedules are outlined in each agreement and may require a deposit to initiate work.

Late payments may incur a service fee. Unpaid invoices beyond 30 days may result in paused services or legal action.

All digital services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Revisions & Scope

Project fees include a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the scope are billed at the current hourly rate ($99/hour, billed in 15-minute increments).

Any changes to project scope after confirmation may result in additional fees or timeline adjustments.

5. Third-Party Services

This website and client projects may use third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Squarespace (hosting, domains, email)

• Canva (graphics)

• Google Workspace (email)

• Payment processors (e.g., Square)

TiffanyCarvo.com is not liable for third-party service issues, disruptions, or changes in terms.

6. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate a project in writing. In the event of cancellation, any work completed up to that point will be billed, and deposits may be non-refundable.

TiffanyCarvo.com reserves the right to terminate any project or service agreement for breach of contract or inappropriate behavior.

7. Limitation of Liability

TiffanyCarvo.com will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or services, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Updates to Terms
